Preston took care of me day one of purchasing my vehicle. Went to a few dealerships locally but Preston was the most personable and unique in being honest even if it meant I wasn’t interested. I stuck with him and trusted the process and now I see him for all of my cars needs. The team here is great but namely Preston and his ability to get the job done efficiently and timely.

Anthony took over the sale, and instantly wanted to close the sale to our satisfaction. They were patient with our bank financing, which unexpectedly went longer than expected. I purchased a car that checked all the boxes on my wish list for a commuter car. It looked nice, and was presented well by them; it was clean, smelled good, and was ready for a test drive. This is not always the case. They had an out the door feel of a much bigger, new car lot. Lisa in financing & documents was pleasant, well prepared,, knowledgeable and thorough. We actually ended up buying a Hyndai Accent. The dealership was very friendly and very helpful. They did not mind that we took multiple cars out for test drives. I like that they do provide the Carfax along with the car so you kind of need to do your research to make sure that you're getting the deal that you want. I think gas fill up on the car would have been a nice feature to add but that's up to the dealership I guess. I keep in mind that used cars are difficult to buy. We did our research on this car and were satisfied. Just make sure that you do the same if you go to buy a car on a used car lot.

Preston, you're awesome! We felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. We test drove quite a bit of cars. The things we found wrong, Preston and Lisa both said we could have that fixed. We decided on one but had to bring it back. Preston and Lisa both worked till we found one that was right for my daughter. Their hard work to please us was awesome, far and beyond what most car lots would do. If I ever need another vehicle, they are the two I'm going to. I will also refer my friends and family to them. Had a great experience with these folks! Everyone was friendly and helpful. No high-pressure tactics, no stressing over a test drive. Payton was great when he got us started, Preston was great about answering questions and making deals work, and Lisa made closing the sale super simple. They even saved our houses when the engine died JUST of the lot, and swapped the dying battery, and gave usa30 day warranty on that one. We bought it as-is, so they could easily have said, "sorry about your luck" and left us to deal with it ourselves. Would ABSOLUTELY recommend them, and we'll be back when we need to replace another vehicle.

Bought a 2018 Malibu for my son and texted Preston a lot about it. He was very patient and answered all my questions methodically. I just wanted something for my son to drive back and forth to college in that was relatively low in mileage. He was very fair in his pricing and did not waste my time as I did not want to waste his either. We have looked for weeks and this seemed like the best option for us and it was worth the drive. Highly recommend.

When I first found this place I was kind of skeptical because they barely had any reviews on their site. I walked into this location and the first thing I noticed was they were backed by CARFAX and was at one time rated 1# car dealership…being a woman the car buying process can be a little annoying and a scary process but I was soon greeted by a woman sales person by the name of Lisa and she was very helpful and made my buying process easy and enjoyable…. Wasn’t forced to buy anything and she went above and beyond to help with the buying process and gave me amazing cash deal on my vehicle…replaced and fix anything that I notice was wrong with the vehicle … replaces new wipers and detail my car before I left off their lot. please come shop you will not be disappointed…thank you guys…

Preston and Lisa care deeply for their clients. They will do anything possible to ensure a customer leaves happy. I am extremely pleased with my new Mercedes! After reading reviews I noticed only 1 or 2 weird reviews, but after my experience here I see they were wrong. My treatment at this establishment blows all other dealers out of the water, and on top of that the process is extremely easy and stress free. It took less than 30 minutes to complete paperwork, pay, etc. I was not looking forward to purchasing a vehicle, but I will never feel the same after my recent experience with B&B. I will be recommending my friends and family here for the foreseeable future.
